O R D E R

The plaintiff in O.S.No.77 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif - cum-Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkoil, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit has been filed for the relief of declaration that the plaintiff is the legal heir of the deceased Sebasthiyammal and he has also prayed for a mandatory injunction for granting legal heir Certificate in his favour. The plaintiff has further prayed for declaration to declare that the legal heir Certificate issued by the third defendant on 04.06.2021 as null and void. The suit was originally filed before the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi in O.S.No.154 of 2022. The defendants have already filed their written statement. At that stage the suit was transferred to the learned District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkoil and re-numbered as O.S.No.77 of 2024. The suit is pending at 2/5

the stage for framing of issues. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

3. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.77 of 2024 on or before 31.12.2025.
