Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in relating to the impugned order dated 14.02.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to revise and refix the basic pay of the petitioner to the post of Assistant (Clerk) substantively by taking note of the basic pay drawn by the petitioner, before the impugned order and to pay the consequential arrears and benefits forthwith.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order dated 14.02.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to revise and refix the basic https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.7576 of 2020 pay of the petitioner to the post of Assistant (Clerk).

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has joined at Kanchipuram District Central Cooperative Bank at Kanchipuram. Based on his appointment, the petitioner also given an application to relieve him from the 3rd respondent-society and pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, he was relieved from the post on 26.02.2021

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been relieved and appointed in Kanchipuram District Central Cooperative Bank, Kanchipuram, this Court is of the opinion that the cause do not exist and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
