RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction or any other appropriate writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 5th respondent herein dated 11.07.2015 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to conduct Puravi Eduppu festival of Arulmigu Kuttiyandavar and Mariamman Temple, Vembarapatti Village, Nallammalsamuthiram, Thirumayam Taluk under supervision of 4th respondent herein as per the direction issued by this Honble Court in M.P.No. 2 /15 in W.P.Nos. 9665 & 9666/15 dated 6.07.2015 and thus render justice.
