O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.6114 of 2016, dated 08.12.2016 and to totally relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.5001 of 2016, dated 24.10.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent/State.

3. The order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.6114 of 2016, dated 08.12.2016, shows that on the said date, the learned Public Prosecutor represented that the investigation was completed and charge-sheet was filed before the Court concerned.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed, but the charge sheet is not yet filed in this case.

5. Considering the reasons assigned by the petitioner for modification, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.
