There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 17.10.2025 and submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2022 has been considered and during enquiry, it was found that there was no encroachment in the place in question.
