ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 111 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 111 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this 2/3
