ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry as per Section 68 (2) of the Registration Act, 1908, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2022 and pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents has placed before this Court an order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.7736 of 2022 dated 10.02.2022, by which the petitioner's representation has already been rejected by the second respondent. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law. The said statement is recorded.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 10.02.2022 rejecting the petitioner's representation submitted under Section 68

(2) of the Registration Act, 1908, in the manner known to the petitioner under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
