ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 and consequently dispose of the proceedings pending in Form-V No.16 of 2008 on the file of second respondent Tahsildar, Thiruvaiyaru within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 16 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
