ORDER

This Petition has been filed to punish the first respondent herein for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.29994 of 2024.

2. Mr.J.Barathan, learned counsel for the second respondent herein submitted that since the petitioner is the power of attorney representing the original owner of the property, the original owner namely, Rabeekan Beevi died on 15.03.2023, it was suppressed before this Court and obtained order from this Court. Therefore, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable.

3. Since the power of attorney in his favour has expired, and pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the first respondent conducted an enquiry and closed the complaint. Therefore, no contempt is made out against the respondent.
