ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, & 506(i) I.P.C and Section 3((1)(i), 3(1)(ii), 3(1)(v) of SC/ST(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, in Crime No.679 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
