The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4640 of 2016 dated 21.11.2016 in C.C.No.418 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Thoothukudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

This Court is of the considered view that there is no arguable points in this criminal original petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Thoothukudi to dispose of the case in C.C.No.418 of 2012 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
