2.When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the construction work of bus stand has been completed and the bus stand will soon be in operation for public purpose and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are closed.
