This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein not to interfere in the civil dispute, based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2021. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken by assigning the Current Paper No.363 of 2021 on 12.03.2021 and after enquiry, they found, it is a civil dispute. So, it was closed on 05.05.2021. Since enquiry has been closed, no further adjudication and direction is required, in this matter.
