ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused No.1 and 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that as on today, no complaint/enquiry is pending against the petitioners.
