ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.11 of 2017, dated 18.07.2017, on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to any other Independent Agency or any other Competent Officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.323 of 2021, dated 16.02.2022, an additional charge sheet came to be filed before the concerned Court, on 25.06.2022 and the case is now pending in C.C.No.208 of 2020.
