ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The second respondent herein was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 26.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2966 of 2019. To cancel the same, the defacto complainant has taken out this petition.

3. The contention of the defacto complainant is that he had sold the vehicle to the second respondent herein. The understanding between the petitioner and the second respondent was that the second respondent would clear the remaining dues payable in respect of the vehicle and that the second respondent has not honoured the terms of sale. The specific allegation of the petitioner's counsel is that the second respondent has made it appear before this Court as if the entire sale amount was paid to the petitioner herein.
4. I carefully went through the order passed this Court. No where any such statement as alleged by the petitioner herein has been recorded. Therefore, I am of the view that no case for cancellation of anticipatory bail has been made out. This Criminal Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
