RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass order to extend the period of fifteen(15) days to comply the order of this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3934 of 2020 order dated 02.03.2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 02.03.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of that order. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.3597 of 2020 3.Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.03.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3934 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
