This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned show cause notice in Ooni.5/565/2014 dated 24.04.2015 issued by the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
