ORDER

The petitioner has moved this application to quash the FIR registered against him in Crime No.145 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When this application was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submits that investigation in Crime No.145 of 2024 has been completed and final report has also been filed through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, on 11.06.2025.

3. Since the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with 2/4

liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report provided if he is having any ground. Mere filing of the final report is not sufficient, the respondent police shall also ensure that the final report is taken on file within a reasonable time. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
