[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that for the very same cause of action, a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.7668 of 2020 has been filed and it has to be listed for hearing during the course of next week and in the light of another e-mail sent, the Registry has inadvertently registered and numbered the same as a separate Writ Petition. Hence, the learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to send an e-mail to withdraw this Writ Petition.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
