The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. The learned counsel for the respondent also concurs the said submission. 2.Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. If the memo of compromise is in record of the trial Court in M.C.No.1 of 2017, the same may be taken note by the trial Court and appropriate orders shall be passed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
