CRIME NO. 101 OF 2022. ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl O.P (MD) No.4708 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ARUNRAJ.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4708 of 2022, dated 11.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent Police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had produced the sureties before the concerned Court on 11.03.2022, due to illness, he could not appear before the respondent Police as directed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4708/2022. Now, the petitioner is ready to comply with the order passed by this Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.5297 of 2022 4.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month from 29.04.2022.
