ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire into the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.04.2022 and thereby, take action against the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police issued CSR and for the same, enquiry is still pending. 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
