ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 5, in Crime No.1 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 120(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that totally there are six accused in this case and the petitioners herein are A-1 to A-5 respectively and the co-accused A6 was granted anticipatory bail as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19386 of 2013, dated 31.10.2013. 4.It is admitted that before the registration of F.I.R, the sale deed in favour of A-6 executed by the petitioners herein was cancelled by the District Registrar, Virudhunagar in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.No.2540/Oo.3/2012, dated 11.06.2012 and the person, who has inserted the some survey numbers without the knowledge of the petitioners was granted anticipatory bail by this Court. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the charge against the petitioners is based on records, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
