PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to implement the order of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.A1/40550/2024, dated 18.12.2024 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents.

The petitioner, apprehending that his patta no.566 may be recalled by the authorities, in view of the subsequent events, namely the encroachment being made by the respondents 5 to 8 into the petitioner's property, has given his objections to the 1st respondent on 19.07.2024. The 1st respondent has forwarded the said representation to the 2nd respondent on 18.12.2024.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's objections, in the event of any patta 2/4

transfer or cancellation is taken up at the request of the respondents 5 to 8. It is made clear that without hearing the petitioner in whose name patta has already been issued, there should be no orders passed, either cancelling the patta of the petitioner or transferring patta in favour of the private respondents.
