2. Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned counsel for Mr.B.Saravanan Associates, who accepts notice for sole respondent, expresses no objection to the condonation of delay of 87 days in filing the Writ Appeal.
3. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 87 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The names of the learned counsel who entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
