ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the respondents to take immediate action to remove the encroachment made by the 5th respondent and his family members. 2.The affidavit filed by the petitioner is bereft of particulars. Even the survey number of the property in respect of which, relief is claimed is not indicated properly by the petitioner.

3.We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner, to file a fresh writ petition with correct particulars. No costs.
