This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.32 of 2000 pending on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2.In the earlier occasion I.e., on 04.01.2017, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is directed to be listed on 05.01.2017 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today also when matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
