Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Mu.Mu.A5/5452/2018, dated 06.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal and for other reliefs.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is willing to file a statutory appeal as against the impugned order, dated 06.11.2019, passed by the second respondent, before the first respondent. The said statement is recorded.

2.After recording the said statement, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order, dated 06.11.2019, before the first respondent. The first respondent shall take the appeal on file and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
