PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to issue necessary police protection to the life and limp of the petitioner and his family, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.10.2025 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police to provide protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the complaint lodged by him on 14.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner had appeared in-person on 14.11.2025 and he had given statement to the effect that he would make payment for surveying the property and after conducting the survey, he would proceed further in accordance with law. Recording the same, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed.

3. Considering the statement given by the petitioner to the respondent police on 14.11.2025, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the concerned department for surveying 2/4
