This petition has been filed to transfer the trial of case in S.C.No.361 of 2014 in Cr.No.717 of 2012 on the file of the Respondent Police from the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.V, Madurai to any other Sessions Court in the State of Tamilnadu other then Madurai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Permission is granted. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
