Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.PINAYGASH, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mrs.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.7740 and 7741 of 2018, dated 09.05.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.7740 and 7741 of 2018, is fully relaxed.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
