Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur and same was taken on file in C.C.No.3 of 2017. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
