This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Protector appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 03.07.2020, the third respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.No.P4/17308/1493/2020, dated 10.07.2020 and during https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7755 of 2020 the enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
