ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 7 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 417, 468, 471 and 465 of I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that totally there are 7 accused in this case, who are the petitioners herein.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the wife of the de-facto complainant has given a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.26 of 2016, dated 01.12.2016 before All Women Police Station, South Gate, Madurai and the present complaint is the counter-blast of the above complaint on false allegations against the petitioners.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchatiram and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioners 1 to 3 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and the petitioners 4 to 11 shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
