ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the Petitioner's appearance from surrendering pursuant to the judgment passed by the learned judgment by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in C.A. No. 16 of 2023 by judgment dated 09.07.2024 as confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi in C.C.No.9 of 2020 vide judgment, dated 14.12.2022 pending disposal of the main criminal revision pending on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
