O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioners were called for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against them and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners and he further submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He also produced a copy of the compromise letter before the Court, which was submitted by the first petitioner and one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sathish Kumar, before the Sub Inspector of Police, Sathirapatti Police Station, Dindigul District, in which it is stated that both parties will settle their dispute amicably. He further submitted that since the complaint has been closed, there is no scope for harassment, as alleged by the petitioners.

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
