ORDER

(This petition is heard through video conference) This criminal original petition has been filed to impugned FIR in Crime No.1110 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pattukottai and the same was taken cognizance as C.C.No.32 of 2021 and the matter was posted for appearance of accused on 29.11.2021. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through proper proceedings.
