ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the the respondents to remove petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained by the 3rd respondent by considering his representations, dated 10.01.2023 and 22.02.2023 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law. 2.The petitioner has sent a representations to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 10.01.2023 and 22.02.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was implicated in 19 cases. Out of which 10 cases ended in acquittal. Only two cases have been registered under heinous offence; that too registered in the year 2014 and 2017. Besides, all other cases were foisted upon the petitioner in view of the confession given by co accused persons. Now the petitioner got married and having a female child. 2/5

Therefore, considering the present status of the petitioner, the petitioner requests to remove his name from the History sheet. For that purpose he has sent representations to the respondents. But that was not considered by them. Hence, the present petition.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the scheduled meeting in the month of June.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
