ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the Sub Court, Palani to dispose of the case in A.S.No.84 of 2018, pending on its file, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.
2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.
3. Since the suit is of the year 2013 and the appeal has also been filed in the year 2018, the Subordinate Judge, Palani, is directed to dispose the A.S.No.84 of 2018, pending on its file, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
