Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.13, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b) and 353 of I.P.C., in Crime No.301 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.11.2016 at about 10.00 a.m., the petitioner along with the other accused raised slogans against the de-facto complainant and abused the de-facto complainant with filthy language.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner herein is A13 in this case and the remaining accused were granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, Dindigul.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that there are totally 17 accused in this case and except the petitioner herein, other accused are granted anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
