The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai20, within a period of one week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court. The said condition has been complied with and to prove the said fact, a cost memo has also been filed. The same is, hereby, recorded and no further order is necessary in this petition.
