ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that no complaint has been registered against the petitioners. He would further submit that the petitioners only given a complaint against the 3rd respondent and on that basis only notice issued to them. But, they did not appear for enquiry and no harassment has been made by the respondents.
3. Since no complaint has been registered against the petitioners and that they have only given a complaint against the 3rd respondent nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 31.03.2023 NCC :
