O R D E R

The learned counsel for the Petitioners after arguing for a while, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision case and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, this Criminal case Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the first Petitioner is an age old lady and she could not appear before the trial Court regularly and that the second petitioner is also working in Bangalore, and therefore, he is not in a position to appear before the trial Court regularly, and therefore, the learned counsel wants to dispense with the appearance of the Petitioners before the trial Court.

their appearance and on such application being filed, the trial Court is directed to consider the said application and pass suitable orders considering their difficulties expressed by them in appearing before the Court below.
