ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case/F.I.R on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 15.05.2018 and investigate into the case.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the complaint was received by the second respondent police and on receipt of the said complaint, the same was forwarded to the fourth respondent, the Social Welfare Officer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 20.05.2018 and the report from the Social Welfare Officer is still awaited.

3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct an enquiry and submit a report to the third respondent as expeditiously as possible.
