When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is inclined to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to contest the matter, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
