Respondent/Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order extending the time having been granted by this Hon'ble Court in CRL OP(MD). No.4606 of 2021 dated 25.03.2021 for his appearance and complying condition of the petitioner in pursuance of the order of this Hon'ble Court for another 15 days. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ARJUN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4606 of 2021 dated 25.03.

2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
