PRAYER:

Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram to take the petition in unnumbered I.D.O.P.No. Of 2022 pending in file No.537 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022 on file and number it and also to decide the same on merits in accordance with law, within a time frame.

ORDER

To direct the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram to take the petition in unnumbered I.D.O.P.No....Of 2022 pending in file No.537 of 2022, dated 28.02.2022 on file and number it and also to decide the same on merits in accordance with law, within a time frame, the revision petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The revision petitioner has filed the petition on 18.02.2022 and the same was returned for so many time, with different endorsement,. The original Marriage Certificate was not filed and after return, the same was enclosed and again the petition was returned as no pleading on the ground of nullity of marriage. Perusal of the petition shows that the petitioner has stated the reasons for nullity of his marriage.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram is hereby directed to number the unnumbered I.D.O.P.No.....of 2022 pending in file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 959 of 2022 No.537 of 2022, dated 28.02.2022 and consider it on merits. No costs.
