This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to conduct further investigation on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur in Cr.M.P.No.4430 of 2023 dated 04.11.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, after investigation, one of the accused was deleted and a final report had already been filed. Aggrieved over the same, the defacto complainant filed a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, the same was allowed and the respondent police was directed to conduct further investigation. Based on that, further investigation was conducted and the respondent police has filed 2/4

the final report on 03.06.2024, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukaluthur.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
