MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.MP.No.2637 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruneveli on condition that the petitioners have to sign before the Rameshwaram Temple Police Station daily twice for 15 days. He further submits that the first petitioner is working as a Teacher in a Government School and the District Educational Officer is not granting leave to him to stay at Rameshwaram. The second petitioner is suffering from certain ailments. Therefore, he seeks modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by the learned trial Judge is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily. This 2/3
